Somewhere along the lines of giving birth to three children, starting a life of my own at age 16 and being a college student majoring in Human Services plus taking a full time course through BOCES in accounting; I have always thought of myself as a smart being. And it is not so much about being smart - it is about being curious. Wanting to discover what I haven’t expierenced yet.
Along those same lines as I watch my now seven-year old son grow I am amazed at all those little moments. See, I have always believed I am blessed. I have three beautiful children that are happy and healthy. My marriage to my best friend that has been tested and proven true. My furry friends and my blog. Yip - I love my blog. God bless the blog.

I remember reading this letter from a shelter dog quite awhile ago. As I was watching our new pup play with Cadey this morning I realized a couple things. The biggest was he was posted for free for several weeks before we adopted him. His previous owner stated upon us arriving to meet him that he was about to send him to the shelter. I always find it disheartning when I read ads in papers about Free to A Good home pets because the owners are having a new baby, or have no time, ect. There’s just NO excuse. Regardless I hope you take the time to read this wonderful passage. A letter from a dog who was once loved.
Thank you to someone elses ignorance and irresponsibilty my family was blessed with a wonderful pup who is the joy of our lives. We all enjoy his company, his character and his unique personailty. We are thankful.

The financial clerical course I have been taking is almost over. September 2nd is the last day. I am glad and not so glad because the teacher and the 5 other ladies who are in the class (including my mom) are so much fun. I will definatly miss all the laughs.
***** BIG NEWS *****
Cadey took her first steps on Saturday of last week! She walked from Adam to my mom and it was completely unexpected. This week while we at an appointment she just stood up and started hauling butt accross the room. It is so funny seeing babies walk for the first few times they are so wobbly.

I had the strangest expierance this week.
On Sunday I was invited to attend church with a friend from school. She’s a single mom of three children and an absolutely wonderful person. I was hesitant because a vast majority of my expierences with church has been negative. But I figured what the hay. I went and have to admit - I had a blast. This church is like no other. The people are wonderful and it’s not preachy. It’s just fun. My kids had a wonderful time and want to go back. So as it stands - we now go to church. But - we’re not holy rollers. LoL.
